One tourist died and another was seriously injured after they were attacked by crocodiles while canoeing in the Matopos National Park, about 40 km south of Bulawayo in southern Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority spokesperson,, Tinashe Farawo told Wednesday's Herald newspaper that the pair was using an air-pumped boat which was not allowed in the crocodile infested dam.

"John Bowman and Rosemary Mitchell were attacked while peddling in the crocodile-infested Mpopoma Dam in the Matopos National Park.

The couple was on holiday together with their colleagues.

"The two were rushed to hospital where Bowman died before arrival while Mitchell is in intensive care unit in Bulawayo," Farawo said.

He urged tourists to stay away from wild animals, no matter how domesticated, since they remained dangerous.

15 Ways To Become A Better You This New Year

Posted: 03 Jan 2018 03:13 AM PST

The past year has brought so much change in my life. Changes in my job, my ministry, my house, my location, my friends, my church and even something as basic as changes in my schedule. Change can be hard. Change can be uncomfortable. Change can even be challenging...

But everything healthy undergoes change. The same goes for us as human beings, too.

My challenge to you is to be open to change. But more than simply being open to change, it's important to actually do our part to create change. Changes that will benefit our life and impact our health - physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

One thing I can guarantee you is that this year is going to go by, and you're either going to come out the other side better, worse, or the same.

If you're looking for some changes to better yourself this coming year, consider taking on one, some or even all of these challenges:

1. Practice Being Present
The past few years have brought huge changes in our lives with the introduction of the latest and greatest technology. We're all totally "connected" every single moment of the day. But often times, our connection to the inanimate trumps our connection to the intimate. We've sort of lost the art of connecting to real people in real life. This year, consider setting your phone aside a little more, in exchange for more of real life. Instead of always catching the moment for Instagram, be deliberate about soaking in and savoring the moment simply for yourself.

2. Learn to Budget (Money and Time!)
Like John Maxwell says, "Tell your money where to go instead of wondering where it went!" I would venture to say that this applies to money, as well as time - the most important commodities we have in life. So much of our time and money is frivolously wasted because we didn't have a plan for it. Instead of spending another 500 hours mindlessly scrolling through your Facebook feed, or spending another $500 bucks on the next fad, commit to using your time and money for something meaningful this coming year. When we're faithful with it, God has the ability to multiply even the little that you have. Be deliberate about planning your budget this year for both your money – and your time.

3. Master the Art of Listening
They say the average person listens with about 25% efficiency. That means that 75% of what's being said to us goes in one ear and right out the other. It doesn't take a mathematician to know that with numbers like that, we're missing a whole lot! So much of being a good communicator comes down to how well we master the art of listening. Work on being a better listener this year by blocking out distractions, looking people in the eye, engaging with empathy, and letting your guard down as you seek to understand before being understood.

4. Start a Bucket List
So often in life we wait around for the milestones of life, not realizing that every step of the journey holds value and significance. So stop waiting around for the next big thing, and start living life by creating a bucket list for yourself this year. As you're planning it out, don't just think extravagant (though that's always fun), but think meaningful as well: schedule an interview with a grandparent to glean their wisdom, share Jesus with an unbelieving friend (or 10!), sponsor a Compassion child, invite someone to church, or get creative with random acts of kindness. Whatever it is, stop waiting and start living. Create a meaningful life by doing meaningful things.

5. Carry Less Baggage
I'm not talking about traveling baggage, but rather emotional baggage. As a professional counselor (and the fact that I'm human!) I know that we all carry wounds, pain, and hurts from our past. One of the biggest favors we can do for ourselves is look back just long enough to allow God to shed light and bring healing into the pain of our past. Find a therapist you connect with and take the time to dig deep and see how your past is impacting your present. Take the time to invest in yourself. You won't regret it.

6. Read One Book a Month
My father-in-law is one of the smartest people I know for simply one reason: he reads everything and anything in sight! Needless to say, with all the scrolling, pinning, posting and skimming our society indulges in, we've sort of lost the value and importance of reading. Whether fiction, philosophy, theology, or psychology, pick up some new books this year and expand your knowledge about life!

7. Get Involved in Community
One of the most meaningful things you can invest in this year is people. The concept of community is such an important part in the life of a Christian because it is in the context of our relationships that we have the opportunity to learn how to give-and-receive love. Take initiative, have the courage to be vulnerable, and get involved in community like never before this coming year. We weren't meant to do this life alone, so let's not.

8. Be Actively Generous
We can all afford to be more generous. And generosity is such an important thing to foster, because it really shapes the condition of our heart. The more we can give to God, the world around us, and those in need, the more we realize that the most valuable things are not our possessions, but the sharing of our possessions. Open your heart and learn to give this year. Because where your treasure is, there your heart will be as well.

9. Expand your Cultural Competency
If we're not careful, it's really easy to become ethnocentric isn't it? In the short 12 months I've spent overseas, the experiences I've gained from interacting with the world (outside of "my world") have been transformational! Because interacting with different races and cultures has the ability to expand your view of the world, enrich your daily life, and give you a better glimpse of both God and eternity. Expand your cultural competency this year by visiting a foreign country, investing in new friends, trying new experiences, or inviting someone unique into your life. Take part in God's great mosaic of life, because it's his masterpiece.

10. Get a Mentor
No one has been more influential in my life than my mentors. They're people who have invested in me, taught me, loved me, and poured into my life. They shaped me into the person I am today. But they didn't stumble into my life by mistake, I had to seek them out. Find someone who you look up to, someone whose life reflects who you want to be in 10 years, and ask them to meet with you for lunch, for coffee, or for dinner. Invite a mentor into your life this year, and watch what happens.

11. Become a Mentor
Sometimes it can be hard to see ourselves as a "mentor." In fact, I was recently asked to mentor someone and my first reaction was, "Me? What do I have to offer?" But the truth is we all have something to offer. Whether it be support, prayer, a listening ear, or our life experience, find someone that you can pour into, disciple, and encourage this year. Because like the Proverb says, when we refresh others, we'll also be refreshed.

12. Plug into Ministry
What are the talents and passions God has gifted you with, and how are you using those talents for him? That's an important question to answer in your pursuit of becoming the person God made you to be. Whether or not you realize it, you have so much to offer the world around you. And as you give you will quickly learn that service is actually sort of "hedonistic" - because it truly feels better to give than to receive.

13. Be More Active
Even in our 20's and 30's, we could all use a little more physical health and fitness in our lives (um…especially those of us in our 30s). Whether that means joining a gym (and not just through February), running a marathon (err…maybe start with a 5K), parking at the end of the lot and walking the rest of the way, taking the stairs at work, or eating healthier foods - take inventory of your life and examine the changes that need to be made as you strive to honor God with your body more this year.

14. Start a Prayer Journal
I love keeping a prayer journal. In fact, it blows me away because I get to look back at my life and see all the things that God has done. It reminds me how he came through, and challenges me to believe that he knows best. It builds my faith and teaches me to trust, especially when trust doesn't always come easy. Start a prayer journal this year, and write down your prayers, your praises, and your petitions. Be diligent in bringing your request to God - because he's faithful. And it's in the asking that you receive.

15. Dig Into God's Word
This one is for me this year. I really want to dig into God's word in a new way. I asked for "The Message" version of the bible for Christmas, because I'm desiring to see God's words with new eyes and an open heart. Sometimes, in our familiarity of God's word, it can seem to grow stale. But the problem isn't with his word, it's with our heart. Commit to feasting on God's words this year, asking for transformation in your life. Because there's nothing more satisfying than blocking out the noise of this world, and instead being filled with his Truth.

Whether you take on just one or even all of these challenges, may we all strive to make this year the best one we've ever lived.

Because life happens, but it's completely up to us how we choose to live it.

Longest serving senator in the U.S Orrin Hatch resigns | Mr Olumide's Blog

Posted: 03 Jan 2018 02:43 AM PST

After serving as senator for 42 years, Sen. Orrin Hatch of the Republican party, has finally bowed out as the longest serving lawmaker.

He announced his retirement in a video statement via Twitter on Tuesday.

"I was an amateur boxer in my youth and I brought that fighting spirit to Washington," Hatch said.

"But every good boxer knows when to hang up the gloves. After much prayer and deliberation with family and friends I have decided to retire at the end of this term."

According to US media reports, Orrin Hatch was under constant pressure by US President Donald Trump because it was assumed Hatch would seek re-election, blocking the way for the return of fellow Republican and former presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

President Donald J. Trump has congratulated the senator through a tweet on Wednesday.

"Congratulations to Senator Orrin Hatch on an absolutely incredible career. He has been a tremendous supporter, and I will never forget the (beyond kind) statements he has made about me as President. He is my friend and he will be greatly missed in the U.S. Senate!''

Female Nigerian Professor Declares Presidential Ambition For 2019

Posted: 03 Jan 2018 01:33 AM PST

Ahead of the 2019 general elections, a professor of Language and Communication Arts at the Rivers State University of Education, Prof. Olufumilayo Adesanya-Davies, has announced her intention to contest the presidential election.

Adesanya-Davies made her intention public, on Tuesday, while addressing newsmen in Ilorin, Kwara State.

The Ira-Kwara born don said she had consulted widely before making her intention public.

She added that decision of the Federal Government to make applications forms free for women aspirants also boosted her interest in the race.

She used the occasion to counsel Nigerians to be patient with President Muhammadu Buhari, adding that the solution to current challenges in the country is in the hands of women.

Her words, "I am aspiring to be the next president of Nigeria. I am out to put laughter of joy on the mouth of all.

I have discussed this with the former presidential candidate, Sarah Jubril, who incidentally is from Kwara state. Her reaction was that 'if a miracle like this will ever happen, we have paid the price in Kwara state and it is going to happen in the state.

"She said that Nigeria has opened the ground for Nigerian women, adding that my ticket is that of Nigeria, as the presidential form is free for women.

"Historically, we will recall in 2015 another woman presidential candidate came. She floated a party called the KOWA party. Her name is Prof. Remi Sonaya. She was my lecturer at the Obafemi Awolowo Univerity (OAU).

"2015 was when i first thought about being a presidential aspirant. This is for the main reason that i was born October 15th and I got married at October 15th.

"That time i said with President Goodluck Jonathan in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) i was going to be his running mate. I was sending text messages to him. I told him to let Vice President Nnamadi Sambo step down for him to be successful but he did not listen to me.

"But delay is not denial, that is why I am staging a come back. I have done some consultations.

"The first person to put a call through was Patience Jonathan. I told her that I am picking the presidential form this time around and she endorsed my decision.

"Our first thanks will go to the nation- Nigeria that says the ladies could pick our forms politically at every levels. Nigeria is confident that the current challenges in the country can only be tackled by the women.

"However, we are still keeping the party under which place we will aspire under close wraps.

"Later on will be announcing that through the press. We don't have a platform yet. We are just saying that officially, this is a presidential aspirant for 2019 and later we will take it to the next level.

"As time goes on and we are taking counsel from the youths, the family, mothers and the children we will declare on which platform the next first female president will be coming from."

On Buhari, Prof Adesanya-Davies said: "The test of maturity is taking responsibility for your irresponsibility. You take a decision and you gonna allow it to sail through. A four (months) old preganancy cannot be delivered.

You have to be patient and quietly allow for delivery for nine months. We were the one that did the voting, we accepted the change and now the change is here.

"I will advise Nigerians to calm down for President Muhammadu Buhari. Also the man too is not sleeping. He is not resting. Age too is not on his side. We did all the mathematics and we saw it and opted for it.

So that he had to travel for 100 days to take care of his health is not his fault. It is age and we said we believe in him.

"Major problem with the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is that it does not want to do literature review. We in the academics always build from where we are coming from for finished and unfinished projects.

"Buhari's governance had to take positive reminiscences to Goodluck Jonathan. An old man cannot combine minister for petroleum ministry with the presidency and it will work. We need them to work hard and get the technocrats to do their jobs again," she said.

Fayose's Wife To Politicians: Don’t Oppose My Husband

Posted: 03 Jan 2018 12:38 AM PST

Wife of the Ekiti State Governor, Mrs. Feyisetan Fayose, has warned the antagonists of the continuity agenda of her husband's administration in the state not to obstruct the work of God as consequences of that would be too much for them to bear.

Mrs. Fayose said God had revealed to her long time ago that her husband was going for a position of authority higher than the governorship he was holding.

According to a statement issued by her Special Assistant (Media), Gbenga Ariyibi, she said this in Ado Ekiti during the New Year thanksgiving service.

Although, she said God did not reveal to her the time and the position God had planned for her husband, she noted that the word of God was too sacrosanct and would manifest at all costs.

Mrs. Fayose said, "I want to plead with everyone, don't hunt for the downfall of this government, don't even try it. God is looking at you, and God is watching. Don't hunt for the failure of continuity, why? because our God is a God of continuity, our leader is carrying the unusual grace, if you don't want to be disgraced, don't hunt for the downfall of this government, don't hunt for the failure of continuity, I have said my own.

"It is not him, it's God through him. Look beyond him, and let continue to work together in unity.

"God told me expressly years back that he needed Ayo Fayose in Nigeria. What brought about this is ,I was praying that the trouble of this man was too much, that I want God to take politics away from his heart, to separate him from politics, that I have had too much, but God said leave him to me, he is in the hollow of my palm, l need him in Nigeria, it is not only Ekiti, that he is just passing through Ekiti State."

My experience with Postnatal depression -Emeh Achanga | Mr Olumide's Blog

Posted: 03 Jan 2018 12:08 AM PST

Hello guys, yesterday, I shared my thoughts with journalist Tope Delano about Post-natal depression and how it affected me professionally....

Though a few headlines were slightly taken out of context as the focus was more on my battle with post-natal depression and how it affected me professionally, not on my personal life. I also want to categorically state that, I did not suffer any form of physical abuse from my baby's father.

However, I really feel Postatal-depression is something many Nigerians should be aware of.........

For those who are not aware, anywhere from 40 to 80 percent of new mothers experience the baby blues – an emotional state of tearfulness, unhappiness, worry, self-doubt, and fatigue.

However, if your feelings seem unusually intense and have lasted longer than two weeks straight, you could have postpartum depression (PPD).
Post partum depression is a type of mood disorder associated with childbirth.

Some symptoms include

Extreme sadness, emptiness, or hopelessness
-Crying all the time
-Loss of interest or lack of enjoyment in your usual activities and hobbies
-Trouble falling sleep at night, or trouble staying awake during the day
-Loss of appetite or eating too much, or unintentional weight loss or weight gain
-Overwhelming feelings of worthlessness or overpowering guilt
-Restlessness or sluggishness
-Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
-Feeling that life isn't worth living

-Being irritable or angry
-Avoiding friends and family
-Worrying excessively about your baby
-Being uninterested in your baby, or unable to care for her
-Feeling so exhausted that you're unable to get out of bed for hours

In rare cases, some women with PPD experience delusional thoughts or hallucinations and may harm their baby.
While the exact cause of PPD is unclear, the cause is believed to be a combination of physical and emotional factors.
Depression or anxiety during pregnancy
Stressful life events during pregnancy or soon after giving birth
Traumatic childbirth experience
Preterm delivery
A baby needing neonatal intensive care
Lack of social support and many more
In March ,celebrity Chrissy Teigen opened up on her battle in a Essay for Glamour magazine....
"A year ago, in April, John and I started our family together. We had our daughter, Luna, who is perfect. She is somehow exactly me, exactly John, and exactly herself. I had everything I needed to be happy. And yet, for much of the last year, I felt unhappy. What basically everyone around me — but me — knew up until December was this: I have postpartum depression.""
Personally,as a blogger,I dealt with post-natal depression and it affected my output and everyday is still a  struggle.Yes while people see me and say goals, I see a shattered woman who sits and sometimes daydreams of ending it all.
And did I open up? Yes I did but no one understood me.

I recall my first experience with depression started after having a c-section,I hated myself.I was crying non-stop and worried about blogging.
Confined to a hospital bed and unable to eat or drink water for the first 3 days was hell for me.The, I remember not feeling attached to my baby and I hated when anyone touched or came close to her. I wasn't allowed to hold her for long as I was still in pain.So anytime she cried in hunger, the nurses or her father's mum would brig her to me to breastfeed. Oh the pain was intense ! Once i was done, I would want to cuddle her a bit to relieve the pain and she would be snatched away from me (for my own good)

However, I did not see it that way. I wanted her on the bed with me,not in a cot.I felt like I was of no use and felt like a bad mother for  going through a c-section.
Continuously sedated because of the intense pain,I walked to the hospital corridor, desperately seeking the opinion of a doctor.

Had hallucinations I would die if I slept off after being sedated.
A young male doctor approached and saw me in tears outside and was shocked .

Madam what are you doing outside, you are not allowed to sit up,you need to lie down" he said

'No,no, doctor, please help me.I am feeling crazy.I think they are trying to take my baby away from me.Please, tell everyone not to touch my baby."

He looked at me like I was crazy..And he was right.I was crossing the thin line between sanity and insanity.
Doctor, you don't get it.I'm depressed. I hate myself right now.I am not bonding with my baby and i'm scared of hating her.
He looked at me like and though he seemed confused,he said ok ok, let's go back in and I would tell everyone around.

He took me in and told my daughter's father, his mum ,my friend to not take the baby from me immediately I'm done breastfeeding to enable me bond with her.

They were of the opinion that I have a whole lifetime to bond with her. Afterall, she was my daughter and they said I would get tired of bonding. But those first few days were crucial to me.I didn't want to end up on the news as that new mum who strangled her baby in her sleep.

I recognized early that I was going through post-natal depression and made a conscious effort to fight it.
Sadly, millions of women in Nigeria have no idea about it and people mistake depressed new mothers as just troublesome, nags and more.
Instead, their spouses or partners, withdraw ,isolate them, refuse to take them out ,get lovers and continue to isolate the women.

However, some lucky women get all the support they need, understanding, get medical help and therapy.

I couldn't figure out why I was so unhappy. I blamed it on being tired and possibly growing out of the role: "Maybe I'm just not a goofy person anymore. Maybe I'm just supposed to be a mom.

When I wasn't in the studio, I never left the house. I mean, never. Not even a tiptoe outside. I'd ask people who came inside why they were wet. Was it raining? How would I know—I had every shade closed. Most days were spent on the exact same spot on the couch and rarely would I muster up the energy to make it upstairs for bed. John would sleep on the couch with me, sometimes four nights in a row. I started keeping robes and comfy clothes in the pantry so I wouldn't have to go upstairs when John went to work. There was a lot of spontaneous crying.....
Unfortunately,in Nigeria, there is hardly provision for that.

In other climes, the doctor I cried out to would have realized I needed therapy and treatment .Once I mentioned death and suicide ,I needed to be immediately placed under observation, not as a new mum,but a depressed mum....

As Chrissy wrote she got medical help.......
My doctor pulled out a book and started listing symptoms. And I was like, "Yep, yep, yep." I got my diagnosis: postpartum depression and anxiety. (The anxiety explains some of my physical symptoms.)
I remember being so exhausted but happy to know that we could finally get on the path of getting better. John had that same excitement. I started taking an antidepressant, which helped. And I started sharing the news with friends and family—I felt like everyone deserved an explanation, and I didn't know how else to say it other than the only way I know: just saying it. It got easier and easier to say it aloud every time. (I still don't really like to say, "I have postpartum depression," because the word depression scares a lot of people. I often just call it "postpartum." Maybe I should say it, though. Maybe it will lessen the stigma a bit.).
She concluded

I wanted to write an open letter to friends and employers to explain why I had been so unhappy. The mental pain of knowing I let so many people down at once was worse than the physical pain.
Her quote above explains why I too am speaking out on this....And while it is no excuse for violence by women against their spouses and kids, the case  of nursing mum,Maryam Sanda, who stabbed her late husband, Bilyamin Bello, the son of a former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP ), Mohammed Haliru Bello, comes to mind.

Please if you have a nursing mother at home, read more about it and be supportive ...You are not only saving her, but are saving yourself from what could be a potentially fatal ending.

4 Clear Signs Your Phone Was Hacked

Posted: 02 Jan 2018 09:33 PM PST

With the rising vice of hacking in our society, it is important to know about some clear signs that can help you discern if your phone has been tampered with in any way.

Jumia Travel shares 4 clear signs your phone was hacked.

Your Phone Suddenly Reboots Itself
This can be caused by two main things. The first is that your phone might be experiencing some performance issues, a system breakdown of some sort. The second is that it might of course have been hacked and the sudden reboot is a consequence of your phone being tapped. Other signs that accompany your phone's sudden reboot is your phone also suddenly dialing numbers and starting applications on its own.

Noises or Echos During Your Calls
If you all of a sudden start to hear noises or echos during your calls, and this has never happened when you're either calling those number or making the calls at that location, your phone might have been hacked and your calls are probably being monitored or listened in on.

Appearance of Mysterious Apps
You can all of sudden notice apps on your phone you don't remember installing, while this might mean that a friend or relative might have installed it without permission, if you can't point to anyone of those who have access to your phone as the one responsible for installing the app, then you can at that point consider that your phone might have been hacked. Hackers can plant apps on phones to snoop, perform actions on their behalf, explore calendars, access GPS etc. These 'hacker apps' can be even be hidden on your phone and be running in the background, this is why you might notice a rapidly decreasing battery life or your phone getting warm out of the blue without you making calls with it or working with it in anyway. To deal with this, it is best to avoid downloading just any kind of app, especially those that come with pop-up ads.

Strange Texts
If you notice strange SMS text messages on your phone or texts that appear as a single square or other strange characters, that might be an attempt by hackers to download spyware or malware onto your device. You should take note of this and be careful of it.

Oppose my husband, risk divine wrath, Fayose’s wife warns politicians | Mr Olumide's Blog

Posted: 02 Jan 2018 08:53 PM PST

Wife of Ekiti State Governor, Mrs, Feyisetan Fayose, has said that those who oppose her husband's decisions are "obstructing the work of God," warning that the "consequences will be too much for them."

Mrs. Fayose said God had revealed to her a long time ago that her husband was going for a position of authority higher than the governorship he currently holds.

According to a statement issued by her Special Assistant (Media), Gbenga Ariyibi, Mrs. Fayose said this in Ado Ekiti during the New Year's thanksgiving service.

She said though God did not reveal to her the time and the position God has scheduled for her husband, the word of God would manifest at all costs.

"I want to plead with everyone, don't hunt for the downfall of this government, don't even try it.
"God is looking at you, and God is watching. Don't hunt for the failure of continuity. Why? Because our God is God of continuity, our leader is carrying the unusual grace; if you don't want to be disgraced, don't hunt for the downfall of this government, don't hunt for the failure of continuity, I have said my own.

"It is not him, it's God through him. Look beyond him, and let's continue to work together in unity.
"God told me expressly, years back, that he needed Ayo Fayose in Nigeria.
"What brought about this was that, I was praying that the trouble of this man was too much, that I wanted God to take politics away from him, to separate him from politics, that I have had too much.

"But God said, 'Leave him to me, he is in the hollow of my palm, l need him in Nigeria, it is not only Ekiti. He is just passing through Ekiti State."

A prostitute went back to work in a notorious red light district just 30 minutes after giving birth, a Police Community Support Office has revealed.

Jacqui Fairbanks, has been helping the sex workers in Hull's Hessle Road for ten years and says there are currently around 40 of them working in the area at various times.

Many come from backgrounds where they have been abused physically and sexually while many of them are homeless and sleep on sofas.

'One woman had a baby and, within half an hour, was back out on the streets. That's how desperate some of these women are,' she told the Hull Daily Mail.

'This isn't Pretty Woman, I'm afraid. Some rich punter isn't going to come along and sweep these women off their feet and live happily ever after.

'Our problem is that these women will not come and deal with us. Their self-esteem is so low that they enjoy the attention they receive and that is really sad.'

Alicia Keys Distances Herself From Swizz Beatz’s Legal Issues | Mr Olumide's Blog

AliciaKeys is trying to disconnect herself from her husband's legal woes after the super producer was hit with a $16.5 million lawsuit over luxury cars.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
According to the The blast, Metro Gem Leasing sued SwizzBeatz and his wife's company, AK Worldwide Productions for defaulting on the leases of luxury cars leased in his name. In the suit obtained by the publication, Metro Gem said Swizz and his wife had been avoiding repossession after defaulting on the leases of the cars. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Metro Gem also claimed the two had about five leases in default, including a $155,000 Range Rover and a $600,000 Ferrari F12.  However, Alicia says none of this is her problem. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
According to The Blast, the singer says her name was not on the lease agreement or any of the paperwork for the cars. But, she says from what she understands, all of Metro's cars have been returned to the leasing company. In fact, she fires back and accuses the company of trying to rope her into the drama for more money, but she wants out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She has since filed a motion to be dismissed from the case. On the other hand, according to the publication, Swizz is asking for the entire case to be dismissed. The producer filed a separate motion, accusing the company of trying to stick him for his paper because he's a celebrity.
