Woman who posed with bees during maternity shoot suffers stillbirth | Mr Olumide's Blog

Posted: 17 Nov 2017 04:07 AM PST

Mrs. Emily Mueller, the Ohio mum who went viral for posing with 20,000 bees for her maternity shoot, has revealed that she lost the baby.

Mrs. Mueller took to Facebook to share the sad news writing;

"Yesterday evening we had to hand over our precious child and say goodbye to his physical body forever"

The Story
I can't begin to say thank you for the outpour of love and support from so many people. Our lives have been changed forever in so many ways but I am realizing we are not the only ones suffering the loss of Emersyn. It is a profound experience to see how many people are mourning with us. Your prayers are what are getting us through and it means so unbelievably much to us.
I know many people want to understand how and why this happened. What was the reason? Do you have any answers? It makes me feel better to talk about it and to share our experience. I want people to know the story so they can also go through grieving of their own.
Thursday I was so busy prepping for our upcoming event that I wasn't paying attention to baby movement, but who truly does when you've been this far along 3 times before and everything has been completely normal. By evening I began to realize I had not felt baby move much and had contractions that felt different than any I have had before. It almost seemed like he moved upward into my body as well. I would push on my stomach and feel him move inside me but it didn't seem it was the type of movement I normally feel. I just told myself he was sleeping but as the time passed, I felt uneasy about it and used our doppler to find the heartbeat. I didn't seem to find a beat I was happy with, as I really thought what I heard was mine but wanted to hold onto the hope everything was okay. After I laid the children down I tried again with the doppler but the same result. However, I would get contractions on and off, which was normal for me, and that felt like he was possibly moving inside me.
Around 2:30am I woke up and was completely unsettled with the lack of elbows and knees I had been feeling. I woke up Ryan and we tried to find a heartbeat together. He tried to feel my pulse to compare it to the doppler but it was really hard to discern the difference. We agreed if I didn't begin to feel a definite kicking, that we would go in the morning to the hospital.
That morning I remember calling my midwife's office and thinking I was just going to be that oversensitive pregnant woman that found out she's being paranoid and nothing is wrong. When I spoke to the OB on call, he encouraged me to go get checked just for reassurance. I'm glad he did because I still felt I just needed to give it time but knew in my heart something was wrong.
We arrived at the maternity ward in Barberton, the hospital we did his ultrasound at since it is closer than where my mifwide attends. I truly thought we would be sent home with a smile, telling us to just wait for the arrival of our sweet Emersyn, who was due in 6 days.
I remember thinking it felt strange to dress myself in a gown in front of the nurses but giving birth sort of breaks you in on these things; I then laid in the bed with our youngest son, Westyn. My husband stood next to me with our daughter and our oldest son had already been at school. The nurses put a monitor on me and tried to find a heartbeat. They moved it, added more gel, moved it again...found my heartbeat and put a monitor on my finger to compare the beats. They tried and tried. I finally asked them, you can't find the heartbeat? The nurses tried comforting me, telling me to just wait as it seemed more and more of them came into the room. Tears streamed down my face and breathing started to become difficult. They asked for them to retrieve the Dr on call. I remember his presence, his walk, the way he grabbed the gel from the nurse's hand, the ultrasound. Every detail of that moment is forever sketched into my mind and I cannot stop replaying it. Dr. Sutter sat on my right side looking at the screen and turned to me and said, "Your baby has passed."
I can't and don't want to explain that feeling to anyone. Turning to your husband and seeing him die inside. Seeing him completely break. Seeing your children feel and suffer your pain in front of your eyes. The pain is unbearable. The Dr. encouraged me to look at the screen and I wished I hadn't. I wished I could remove the imagine in my mind of seeing the unbeating black, lifeless heart on the screen. From this moment the hospital did everything they could to get us out as soon a possible so we could go home and grieve and think about what we needed to do next. I wish all of that was a blur. I wish I could say I don't remember any of it but I do. And the moments of our family coming to us and us confirming the devastating news. Our baby has died. Our baby will never come home with us. This wonderful rainbow baby we were blessed with has now become a storm in our lives. But this was much bigger, deeper, felt in a much greater way than anyone can ever understand. Believe me, I hope you never do. And if you have, please reach out to me as I need to create a network of love around me right now and know we can move on.
I think the most horrible thing happened next. Finding out your baby died is unfathomable. Learning you have to be induced and deliver your deceased child is way beyond that. My heart instantly ached for any woman that has told me she had a stillborn. How could I have never truly understood how horrible this was? How could I have never thought about these women who suffered in the way I was experiencing now? I feel selfish for never doing everything I could for any family who has told me about this. My heart aches for you and I am sorry we have both had this experience.
When we got home I remembered the envelope the hospital had given us with the gender of our baby. At this point it no longer felt right to us to keep it a surprise. We wanted to know who we were mourning for and to know what to name him. Ryan, Cadyn and I opened the envelope together and learned we were having a sweet baby boy. The name I told the ultrasound tech I liked was written on the image as well and we agreed that Emersyn Jacob was the name he was given by God and that is what it needed to be.
We arrived at the hospital around noon. Forcing yourself to walk into the hospital knowing what you are about to experience is the most horrifying feeling in the world. I was given pitocin and sat in the bed, unbearably waiting for the ultimate outcome: delivering our sweet boy. This is when Sufficient Grace Ministries entered our lives. I cannot begin to explain what they did for us through the two days of suffering. We were not alone. We were loved. Emersyn was loved. We did not have to do this by ourselves and learn on our own the process of what happens next. We were provided two birth doulas trained in bereavement who have had their own losses and were equipped to walk us through every step of the way. They had an answer for every question we asked, whether it was what we wanted to hear or not.
They supported not only me but my husband. They stayed with us from beginning to end at the cost of absolutely nothing. They dropped their lives, their weekend and their memories with their family to come with us and help us through ours. I cannot begin to explain how unbelievably thankful we are that this ministry was created. It is only in Ohio currently, although they do reach out to bordering states and send materials all over the United States. After Emersyn was born they did foot prints on many keepsake items, gave us a comfort bear, did newborn photography and provided so many amazing memories for us that it felt like we had Emersyn for a day; for one day we got to give him all of us and to do important things that mattered. My heart was able to begin healing from this, from meeting women that have gone through the pain, from having these experiences and feeling more people love our sweet baby.
I have so much more to say about our experience, our amazing midwife and the phenomenal nurses we met. They all cried with us. Every. Single. One. Each individual that met us was deeply affected by our loss. They all touched Emersyn, felt him, let him know he was important. My birthing experience was truly amazing and I am thankful for the way he entered the world. You could not deny he was loved by so many people and we continue to see this through the outpour of love and support you all are providing.
We were torn between keeping the placenta to bury ourselves and sending it for testing. Ultimately, we sent it for testing and decided to have a small chance for an answer but we have been prepared to learn that we will most likely never know. If my intuition serves me right, I have a very strong feeling that this was a blood clotting issue as those traits have been affecting our immediate family for some time. My next of kin have suffered miscarriages due to this disorder so it would make sense we could go through it as well. It may not be confirmed to be so but in my deepest thoughts, I feel it to be true.
Thank you for all of those who have called, texted, messaged us. Thank you for the donations to relieve our financial burden while my husband is home trying to learn our new normal. Thank you for the meal train, the food that has shown up on our doorstep, the continuous prayers. Just knowing people are thinking about us and hurting with us relieves so much of our own pain.
Yesterday evening we had to hand over our precious child and say goodbye to his physical body forever. The deep pit created in your soul is more than anyone can imagine but God has given us a small ray of light that helped me get through this dreadful experience. There is a machine called a cuddle cot which is a cooling device for babies that have passed away. It allows the parents to have more time with the physical body while they mourn their loss. One was donated to our birthing center and Emersyn was the first baby to use it (fortunately). Somehow, down the grapevine, the mother who was able to get this machine donated to the hospital was told it was finally being used. Her daughter, Victoria, was finally serving a purpose for another family, although in a very tragic way. I remember seeing the donation plaque on the machine and immediately prayed for that family and their experience of losing a child. It is not something you ever wish anyone to experience. However, I received a friend request from someone with the same last name as on that plaque and I immediately connected the two and reached out. I was able to give this mother the reassurance her daughter's life was meaningful and helped us through the worst days of our lives. I am so thankful she had that experience and it was an awakening to me that Emersyn, too, will be serving a purpose for someone else. What we have gone through was not in vain and the Lord Almighty will lead us on our path to heal and learn his journey.

Just as you do not know the path of the wind and how bones are formed in the womb of the pregnant woman, so you do not know the activity of God who makes all things. Ecclesiastes 11:5

Lagos court sentences 87 year old female drug dealer | Mr Olumide's Blog

Posted: 17 Nov 2017 01:08 AM PST

Justice Hadiza Rabiu-Shagari of the Federal High Court, Lagos, convicted 87-year-old woman, Maria Seriki, for dealing in hard drugs.

She was convicted on Thursday for dealing in 10.3 kg of Cannabis Sativa.

The judge, however, ordered that the convict be remanded at the Lagos State Old People's Home, pending the time a member of her family, willing to take proper care of her, applied to the court for her custody.

The convict, a resident of Oto-Awori, in Ijanikin, Lagos, had on Nov. 7, pleaded guilty to a one count charge of trafficking 10.3kg of Cannabis, also known as hemp.

She was arraigned by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

After her plea, the prosecutor, Mr Aliyu Abubakar, urged the court to adjourn the matter, for a review of the fact of the case.

At the resumed hearing of the case, the prosecutor tendered some exhibits which included the convict's statements, a drug test analysis and the bulk of the substance seized from her, which were admitted as exhibits by the court.

After admitting the exhibits, the court pronounced the woman"s conviction as charged.

However, the convict's lawyer, Mr Prosper Ojakovo, in his plea for mercy , urged the court to be lenient in sentencing her.

He told the court that she was a first time offender, who had nobody to take care of her.

He pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy, and consider her age in pronouncing the sentence.

In her judgment, Shagari stated that sending her to prison would not be of any benefit, especially considering her age.

The judge, consequently ordered that the convict be remanded at the Lagos State Old People's Home, Yaba.

In another matter, Shagari sentenced a 56-year-old woman, Anya Nneoma, to 12 months imprisonment, for unlawfully dealing in 5.5 kg of hemp.

Anya, a resident of Badagry, had also pleaded guilty to a charge of illegal dealing in hemp.
The judge said the convict should be sent to the female section of the kirikiri Prisons, Lagos. (NAN)

Tinubu to Buhari: You have to do more to make Nigeria better

Posted: 17 Nov 2017 12:52 AM PST

APC national leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, yesterday gave a "pass mark" to the Muhammadu Buhari administration in a mid-term assessment of the Federal Government.

He reviewed the 3-point focus of the administration – the anti-graft battle, security and re-ordering the economy – saying in spite of strident criticisms, the government had done well to make the country more prosperous now than it was two years ago.

But he gave his perspective on how things could be better done.

Tinubu spoke during the public presentation of a book "Making steady, sustainable progress for Nigeria's peace and prosperity" at the old Banquet Hall of the State House in Abuja.

He was the special guest of honour at the event.

Tinubu said Nigeria must urgently move towards true federalism.

He said: "Here, permit me to offer a few observations on how we might proceed. There will be those who might distort what I say here as evidence of 'space' between President Buhari and me. Their evidence will be false and their news about this will be fake. Mischief never dies. Fortunately, nor does the truth.

"What I proffer today is done in the spirit of utmost respect and affinity by one who wants the best for this government and for Nigeria. I say these things to encourage the government to achieve the greatness the times demand and of which this government is capable.

"The battlefront upon which this nation's fate shall be decided is the economy. On this, almost all else shall hang. In addition to talking about this book which describes our immediate past and present, I want to briefly mention another document: The 2018 budget.

"This budget moves us farther in the right direction. It is a bolder, more creative one than this government's earlier editions.

"It shows this government has embraced its progressive identity despite the chorus of opposition. Also that it more clearly realises the depths of the economic and financial challenges before us.

"One of the important aspects of this budget is the capital expenditure for needed infrastructure. This investment means the government fully recognises our economy must grow but that it cannot expand beyond the parameters of the infrastructural grid that serves it.

"With this book and with the budget we come to the place where past intersects with the present to interact with the future. The place where what we do or don't do will dictate the Nigeria of tomorrow.

"We are inching out of recession but growth must increase. It is time to lead our people to a place where poverty and hunger become infrequent and where prosperity and hope are the daily fare of the common man," he said

He added: "There are three key ideas I would like to table before you today. First, we are among the world's most populous nations and potentially one of its most powerful. No populous nation has ever attained prosperity without first establishing a robust industrial capacity.

"In one form or another, England, America, Japan and China implemented policies to protect key industries, promote employment and encourage exports.

"These nations represent the past, present and immediate future of national economic achievement.

"If Nigeria is to be a leader in the next phase of global economic history, we must learn from these prior successes. The common thread between these nations was the objective of buffering strategic industries in ways that allow for the expansion and growth of the overall economy."

On true federalism, Tinubu said: "We also must move toward true federalism by the balance of power and responsibility between the Federal and the States. In so doing, we attain the correct balance between our collective purpose on one hand and our separate grassroots realities on the other."

Police Arrest Monarch Whose House Was Burnt For Allegedly Killing IMSU Graduate

Posted: 17 Nov 2017 12:52 AM PST

Tragedy struck in Umueze, in the Mbaitoli area of Imo State on Wednesday, after the traditional ruler of the community, Eze Opara, allegedly killed a 25-year-old graduate, Uchenna Opara, aka Junior.

Residents of the community disclosed that the incident occurred on around 6:15pm at the community's primary school playground.

When Punch visited the palace of the traditional ruler, scores of youths were seen setting the palace ablaze, including destroying the suspect's Nissan car.

An oil mill belonging to the monarch, which was a stone's throw from the palace, was not spared, as the enraged youths set it ablaze as well.

The community youth leader, Bethel Iwuoha, told Punch that while one of the security guards of the monarch, Atuonye Opara, allegedly cocked the pump-action rifle, Eze allegedly pulled the trigger.

Iwuoha said immediately the bullet hit Junior, a 2017 graduate of Library and Information Science of the Imo State University, Owerri, on the chest, the monarch and his security aide hurriedly entered into a car and fled from the scene.

He said Junior was rushed to a police clinic at Amakaohia, where he was confirmed dead.

The youth leader accused Eze of always using his security guards to intimidate indigenes of the community.

According to Iwuoha, trouble started when the youths, who made use of the playground for their football training, protested that the son of the monarch, Temple Opara, could not take over the field with a football team he brought from Port Harcourt, Rivers State, without informing the youths who had been cleaning the pitch for a long time.

He said the prince then gave the youths N10,000, which infuriated the monarch who demanded that the money be handed over to him (Eze).

"While we were training on Wednesday evening, the traditiaonal ruler, who was returning in his car with Atuonye, reversed and headed for the pitch. They both alighted from the car and started shouting at us.

"The monarch said we were challenging his authority in the community. While he was shouting, his security guard went into the car and brought out the pump-action rifle.

"The monarch took the gun and wanted to shoot us, but his personal assistant attempted stopping him. It was in the course of struggling with his PA that a bullet went out and hit Junior on the chest. The traditional ruler, out of fear of attack from the youths, abandoned the gun and fled," the youth leader said.

At the family compound of the slain graduate, his father, Franklin Opara, a retired customs officer, said it was the monarch that killed his son.

"Junior was supposed to proceed on his National Youth Service Corps programme in March 2017, when he was killed. I was with him a few hours before he went to the field. He was not just my first son, but my first child. I call on the government to give me justice. My son cannot die in vain," he added.

The state Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, said that Eze was in police custody, adding that the gun had also been recovered.

He said, "We have moved in to restore normalcy. We are in touch with the community leaders, including the Deputy Governor of the state, Eze Madumere.

"As I speak with you, the Owerri area command has moved in with operatives to ensure there is no more breakdown of law and order in the community. It was the murder that precipitated the arson. It is a case of murder and investigation is ongoing."

But I hadn't really gone that far in explaining it to my kids yet. So I have to figure that out first before they really see and then if we're celebrating, you know, her, I just want to celebrate the baby. I think I have to explain it to my kids first and figure out how I'm going to explain it to them.'

Goodluck Jonathan Replies Tinubu

Posted: 17 Nov 2017 12:27 AM PST

Former president Goodluck Jonathan has replied APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who had, during his address at the presentation of a book titled, "Making Steady Sustainable Progress" accused his (Jonathan's) administration of institutionalizing corruption in Nigeria.

Dr. Jonathan, in his response to Tinubu's claims that, "So much money grew feet and ran away faster than Usain Bolt ever could and that his administration won gold medal in corruption", however said that facts have rather deserted the APC leader faster than Usain Bolt

The former president who spoke through his former aide, Reno Omokri said under his administration, the only global body for monitoring corruption, Transparency International, had published in its annual corruption index, showing Nigeria made an eight points improvement in corruption reduction, haven moved from 144 to 136 then.

The statement also said that, "other than media sensationalism, there have been no convictions of financial misappropriation stemming from the Jonathan era."

The statement challenged Tinubu or anybody in APC to counter Jonathan's statement in 2014 that he has no bank account abroad.

Jonathan added; "In 2015, President Jonathan ensured that elections held in every local government in Borno states, but last month, the United Nations declared that they could no longer operate in certain local governments of Borno state. So who is fooling who?

So if according to Transparency International, Nigeria was less corrupt under Jonathan than it is today and according to the Institute for Economics and Peace, Nigeria is more terrorized today than it was under Jonathan, it becomes clear that Bola Tinubu has no factual basis to make the claims he made."

My Coach Told Me To Ignore Nigeria – Brian Idowu

Posted: 17 Nov 2017 12:27 AM PST

Millions of Nigerian fans would have watched one of their own strutting his stuff in Russia's colours at the 2018 World Cup if the European country had not dilly-dallied.

Perhaps Brian Idowu would have jumped at a chance to represent the country where he was born.

Until the 25-year-old energetic and tough-tackling defender made his international debut in the Super Eagles' 4-2 defeat of South American giants Argentina in a friendly match in Krasnodar, Russia, on Tuesday, he was eligible to play for both Russia and Nigeria because he holds dual citizenship.

The utility Amkar Perm player was born in St Petersburg, Russia, where his architect Nigerian father and his medical doctor half-Nigerian and half-Russian mother met while attending university.

But his Russian coach at Amkar Gadzhi Gadzhiyev wanted Idowu to play for the country where he was born and tried to stop him from switching his international allegiance to Nigeria.

"[But] Nigeria coach Gernot Rohr contacted me and told me that he was following me," ESPN quoted Idowu as saying on Thursday.

"He wanted to invite me to the squad, but that was impossible because I didn't have a Nigerian passport.

"Gadzhiev said that such a call is not incidental, and I should keep progressing. He advised me to wait and see if I get called by Russia as well. I don't see why I can't play for Russia if I keep getting better, but they have good players like Mario Fernandes in my position. They don't miss me."

Apart from guaranteeing him a place in his World Cup squad to Russia 2018, Rohr is looking to Idowu to play dual roles at the tournament.

Patience Jonathan Urges Court: Release My Money

Posted: 17 Nov 2017 12:17 AM PST

Wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Mrs. Patience Jonathan, on Thursday asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to set aside the order made on May 30,2017 freezing her 16 separate bank accounts with the cumulative sums of $5.8m and N3.5 bn.

As her grounds of the application, she contended that
Court's orders of interim forfeiture of her money, including a subsequent one issued on October 10, 2017 had expired.
She contended that the order could not be extended on the grounds that it was originally obtained by an improper use of court process by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

She claimed in an affidavit filed in support of the application that the sums of money belonged to herself, her Ariwabai Aruera Reachout Foundation, and nine other companies.

According to her, the Federal High Court in Abuja had on May 30 , 2017 granted an ex parte order in favour of the Federal Government against all the accounts owned and operated by them.

The affidavit stated in part, "That the same Federal Government later went to Lagos and obtained another order made by Justice C.M.A. Olatoregun of the Federal High Court, Lagos Division on October 10, 2017 directing the managers of the Skye Bank, Ecobank Plc , Fidelity Bank Plc, Stanbic IBTC Plc, Zenith Bank Plc, and Diamond Bank Plc, to in the interim, freeze and attach the various sums of money in the accounts belonging to Dame Patience Jonathan, Finchley Top Homes Limited and Ariwabai Aruera Reachout Foundation.

"That prior to the grant of the ex parte motion by the court in Abuja, the Federal Government had filed a similar application before Justice Olatoregun of the Lagos Division but failed to disclose the fact that it had obtained same relief in Lagos."

Through her lawyer, Mike Ozekhome (SAN), the wife of the former President said the owners of the money were never served with the interim order of forfeiture but only became aware of it during a hearing of a petition by her at the National Assembly.

On Thursday, EFCC's lawyer, Richard Dauda, told the presiding judge that his application seeking an order extending the forfeiture order should be heard first.

But Ozekhome maintained that her client's motion should take precedence over the EFCC's because hers was challenging the order allegedly obtained in error.

Justice Nyako adjourned the matter until November 23 for hearing.

Buhari Made Me To Take Salary Cut, says Osinbajo

Posted: 17 Nov 2017 12:17 AM PST

Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday said the decision by President Muhammadu Buhari to take only half of his salary was what made him (the Vice-President) to do same.
He said he also failed in his attempt to convince Buhari to donate the half salary he rejected to him (Osinbajo).

Osinbajo said this at the public presentation of a book, "Making Steady, Sustainable Progress for Nigeria's Peace and Prosperity" at the old Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

He spoke about Buhari's frugality, saying he does not believe in amassing wealth at the detriment of those he is leading.

Osinbajo said, "Some things have not been included in the book and I might just supply some of that. One of such things is the exemplary frugality, the honesty and humility, and sense of humour of Mr. President.

"That frugality can sometimes be a problem. As you know, Mr. President decided that since government provides accommodation, food and transportation for the President and the Vice-President, we didn't need a full salary.

"Now, how much is this salary by the way? It is public knowledge and I think it is N1, 750,000.00 or so, which is under N2m. He said he would take only half of his salary and so I had no choice but also to take half of my own salary.

"Unfortunately, Mr. President turned down my request, to give the other half to a worthy cause – his Vice-President. He didn't consider me a more worthy cause to give half of his salary!

"In a country where politicians sometimes want to be as wealthy as Dangote, it is refreshing to have a President who most people won't even dare to discuss any private benefit on a project with let alone a bribe or a kick-back."

While describing corruption as Nigeria's major problem, he said the menace was the main reason for the depletion of the nation's resources, such that the country had no savings when oil prices fell.

Osinbajo said it was the prudence and honesty of the President that ensured that despite the economic downturn, the Federal Government was able to support the states, spend N1.3trn on capital expenditure, the largest in the history of the nation, and also ensure it met all other obligations.

Sylvester Stallone accused of forcing teen into threesome with bodyguard | Mr Olumide's Blog

Posted: 16 Nov 2017 11:38 PM PST

Sylvester Stallone was accused of sexual assault by a 16-year-old girl while he was filming a movie in Las Vegas in the late 1980s, according to a bombshell police report obtained by DailyMail.com.

The Rocky actor was 40 years old when an unnamed teenager disclosed to Las Vegas police that she had been 'intimidated' into having sex with him and his bodyguard Michael 'Mike' De Luca at the former Las Vegas Hilton hotel in July 1986.

The 16-year-old claimed she had sex with Stallone and he encouraged De Luca to join them. At that point she became 'very uncomfortable' with the encounter but felt she had 'no choice'.
De Luca then forced the teenager to perform oral sex on him before penetrating her, while Stallone made her give him oral sex, according to the police report.
Retired Las Vegas metro police department detective sergeant John Samolovitch, who was head of the sexual assault unit at the time, confirmed to DailyMail.com 'the copy of the police report is in fact a true copy of the original report.'

After the incident, the teen claims Stallone threatened her - she couldn't tell anyone because both men were married and if she said anything, 'they would have to beat her head in', before laughing with De Luca.
The unidentified teen ultimately decided not to pursue charges against either men because she was 'humiliated and ashamed', as well as being 'scared', according to the police report.

At the time of the incident Stallone, now 71, was 40 years old. Bodyguard De Luca, who was shot and killed by California police during a traffic stop in 2013, was 27 years old at the time.
Stallone and De L;uca
Police were alerted to the incident when a hotel employee called police to report that a friend of the victim said she needed advice on the matter.

When officials tracked down the teen, she relayed details of the alleged assault to them.
She said she was staying at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel with family friends for 10 days, from July 18 to July 28, during the time that Stallone happened to be filming at the hotel for the upcoming movie Over the Top.

The teen said she met actor David Mendenhall, who was playing Stallone's son in the film, at the hotel's arcade and he introduced her and her cousin to Stallone on Wednesday, July 23, 1986.
In the following days, the cast and crew of the movie continued filming at the hotel, and on Friday, the teen said she saw Stallone and got his autograph.
According to the police report, Stallone asked the girl how old she was and after learning she was 16 years old, he asked her 'how she got such a build'.
One of the teen's friends had received a kiss on the cheek from Stallone during the conversation, so the teen said she also asked for a peck on the cheek from Stallone.
'He replied that he would give her a kiss at a later date, that she would not forget', according to the police report.
Stallone with his then wife Brigitte Nielsen in 1987

The next day the teen said she returned to the area in the hotel where the crew was filming with a larger picture for Stallone to autograph for her so that she could give it to a friend.
There, she met De Luca, Stallone's bodyguard, who allegedly asked the teen if Stallone made a pass at her, what would she do.
The teen said she responded that she 'would probably make a pass back at him'.
De Luca then gave her two keys for a room on the 27th floor and told her to go up to the room as soon as possible,' according to the police report.
That night, the teen claims she went up to the 27th floor where she met Stallone and De Luca in the hallway and together, they all went into the hotel suite.
From there, the teen said she and Stallone went into the bedroom, got undressed and began having intercourse, while De Luca stayed in the bathroom.
The teen told police that they 'really didn't have sex' because Stallone only inserted himself 'a little ways' into her and 'only kept it in for a few seconds'.
Stallone remarked to the girl that she was 'very tight' before asking her if she ever had sex with two men at the same time, according to the report.
She said she responded that she hadn't and then Stallone went into the bathroom and brought De Luca into the bedroom.
Stallone and De Luca
Stallone allegedly asked De Luca if he wanted a 'blow job' from the teen and De Luca then 'forced her head down onto his penis', according to the police report.
The minor claims De Luca forced her to perform oral sex on him for a few minutes before he 'came around and had vaginal sex with her'.
Then Stallone allegedly 'came over to her and pushed her head down onto his penis and made her give him a blow job'.
Neither of the men climaxed but the teen said that Stallone asked her if she 'wanted to see come' and then he ejaculated in front of her, the report continued.
The teen told police that after she got dressed, 'Stallone made the comment that they were both married men and that she could not tell anybody about the incident and if she did, that they would have to beat her head in'.
Stallone and De Luca both 'laughed after he made the comment', according to the report.
Police noted that 'during the interview [the teen] became emotionally upset numerous times, crying and sobbing.'
The report continued:
'She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn't know what she wanted to do.'
According to police, when De Luca became involved in the sexual encounter 'she became very uncomfortable with the situation. She states she did not want to have any type of sexual contact with the bodyguard, but felt she had no choice in the matter.
'She states there was no actual physical force, but she did feel intimidated.'
Police noted in their report that the teen had 'difficulty in relating her thoughts' and was 'extremely emotional' when telling her story.
When pressed if she wanted to pursue charges against Stallone and De Luca, the girl told police:
'I'm humiliated and ashamed, but I don't want to prosecute.
'I'm kind of scared and I'm very ashamed. I don't want anybody else to have that happen to them, but I don't want to prosecute. I cannot talk about this anymore, please leave me alone.'
She later signed a no prosecution form and the matter was dropped, although police did confiscate De Luca's concealed weapon permit on July 30, 1986.
A story about Sly Stallone being involved in a possible sexual assault in Las Vegas in 1986 was first reported by Doug Poppa of the Baltimore Post Examiner.

Michelle Bega, spokeswoman for Stallone, told DailyMail.com:
'This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.'
