Man arrested for beating and chaining his wife to a generator in Ogun State

oNfficers of the Ogun State Police Command, have arrested 37-year-old  Ifeanyi Ajaero,  for allegedly chaining his 28-year-old wife, Obiageli, to a generating set from nightfall till dawn, after she had been seriously battered.

According the State's Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, the incident occurred at Ewooluwo Sagamu in Sagamu Local Government Area of the state.



Oyeyemi further disclosed that the suspect who was a member of the already 
disbanded Merchant Navy, used an hand-cuff to chain his wife who had become weak as a result of serious beating she received from the suspect.

"The people in the neighborhood who had witnessed frequent beatings of Obiagelli by her husband, alerted the police over the latest incident, consequent upon which the DPO of Sagamu division, SP Aduroja Moses, led his men to the scene, rescued the victim and got the suspect arrested" he said. 

On interrogation, however, the suspect admitted chaining the woman to generator, but he claimed his action was in self defence.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police in the state, Ahmed Iliyasu, who described the action of the suspect as "an height of wickedness", has ordered the immediate transfer of the case to anti human trafficking and child labour unit of the state investigation and intelligence department for further investigation and prosecution.

He, therefore, declared that the command will not tolerate any act of domestic violence irrespective of who is involved.

Kenyan lady calls out Nigerian girlfriend who stole 'what belongs to her'

Popular Kenyan socialite, SheilaWetangula, has taken to Instagram to call out Nigerian friend, Nonye Olumba, who she accused of stealing what belongs to her.

The lady who further disclosed that she introduced Nonye who lives in Lekki area of Lagos, to Kenyan dignitaries and Nigerian dignitaries, and after giving her five fingers she fucked her with one finger from behind.


Here's what she wrote;

"Ladies and gentlemen this Bitch is a walking devil I brought her to my suite at Intercontinental hotel. Paid her food,drinks, gave her my clothes even
let her sleep on my one bedroom suite. Took her as a sister. Introduced her to Kenyan dignitaries and Nigerian dignitaries and after giving her five fingers she fucked me with one finger from behind. Her heart has been implanted with that of a wolf.

She's a walking devil. She will steal and want to take what is yours. She's a scam and a fraud and super manipulative and a pathological liar and seen very smart. Am protecting you from this walking devil my lovelies. Happy Easter love yall. She's Nigerian lives in lekki her name is Nonye olumba.

I almost wanted to do business with her. What she did is what I read in books and hear and watch in movies. She's evil 😈# liar # manipulator # thief #hideyourman # Nonye # Nonyeolumba"

19-year-old Kika Onyibe, a Law student at Birmingham University, UK, passed away on Wednesday, April 12th, during a surgery for ruptured appendix in a Lagos hospital. It was gathered that she died due to complications from the surgery. According to her boyfriend, Emmanuel Ayoola, she had traveled to Nigeria from the UK to receive treatment for what she thought was an infection but ended up being a ruptured appendix..
Responding to her mother's question on whether she was scared, just before she went in for the surgery, Kika said:

"No, I'm at peace. I know we're I'm going if I don't come out and I will be with Jesus"
Meanwhile, heartwarming tributes have been pouring in for Kika. Friends, family, boyfriend, colleagues led tributes for her on social media. All spoke of her kindness, generosity and warmth.  Her Remains will be laid to rest at Ikoyi cemetery on Tuesday 18th of April 2017.
